The deli is 5 star. The rest of the place is a run down disaster that charges more than their advertised price. I'll see if I can attach the image of my receipt and the price tag - a nice $3 difference. Surprise! The price on the item lies. The old faded hand drawn sign has the accurate prices.

First - this is NOT a restaurant, there is no seating, but you can buy food here, and get gas, and can even catch the bus! The small deli counter is sparsely stocked, but there is usually more in the back. The sandwiches are very good and wonderful to take for an impromptu picnic. The deli service was most helpful and friendly. Important Note: they generally do Tri-Tip on Fridays (only)...

Fantastic place!!!! The deli has these huge sandwiches that all the reviews here say to get and they are not wrong. I got the hot salami and habanero, and a roast beef and smoked cheddar. It was in my top 3 of sandwiches I've ever had. If you on a road trip up and down the I-5 you won't be disappointed grabbing some food for the road here. Beats truck stop food.

I like the employees, atmosphere, and food. The sandwiches are the best. I recommend a roast beef with mozzarella and provolone. Avoid at night... a "different" crowd comes around then.
